Common Interests

We agree to seek the support of our organizations for network collaboration in the following areas:

  • innovative student exchanges
  • research, joint academic programs
  • field-based education (consulting projects, internships, field studies)
  • faculty exchanges
  • distance learning
  • executive education programs
  • international meetings to benchmark and discuss common problems and opportunities

Furthermore, we will strive to develop these programs as multilateral initiatives.
In light of the recent global developments concerning the threats against Academic Freedom, the Network comes together in supporting the following position: As institutions of higher education, we collectively affirm our commitment to academic freedom, critical thinking, and scientific rigor.  We jointly uphold the value of evidence-based discourse and the practical relevance of our research activities, regardless of the diversity of perspectives within our community.
